The fact is, dogs bark. They do it when theyre excited or when they sense danger. Some do it when theyre bored - or worse, for no reason at all. In these cases, you want to teach your friend that barking is only permitted under certain circumstances.

After reading some of the reviews, I almost didnt buy this app. Well, I did and it was worth it. My 10 lb schnoodle has been keeping me,my wife, and neighbors up ever since we moved into a new apt. I got this app and it did not affect her at first. Desperate to see some reaction, I grabbed my computer speakers and maxed out the volume! Within a few minutes of barking, she was as annoyed as we were. So, I write this review with a full nights sleep! I did put the sensitivity on low because med and high pretty much went off when she breathed! Definitely worth a dollar to be able to smile at the neighbors again!
I have two small dogs that bark every night and when I leave home for work. Using the app they stopped barking, my wife was happy, specially during the day when our one year took a nap...even my wife took a nap.

Lil pom barking now controlled like a miracle. Gotta change sensitivities depending how far u r from dog or it will keep going off nonstop. One or two times it goes off all u need he stops barking! Thanks!
We have 3 dogs sm, med, and lg. It works for all 3. I just wish I could tune it in to the barking a bit better. I think you need to turn it off after ten minutes is so to keep it effectively curbing your dog. Works best at "dog height" level. Well worth a buck or two!
Some bad moments
I downloaded this program and all it did was drain my battery. My dog continues to bark to this day. They need to work on the frequencies and not make the phone vibrate every time
Dont buy this crap - I totally threw away $4 bucks for NOTHING!!!
Need to have a microphone. Got one. App still does not work. Wont even activate. Dont waste the space.
If I could Id give it 0 stars! This thing doesnt do anything to stop barking, it doesnt even produce a high pitched sound as advertised. Youd be better off just forking over the cash needed to purchase the real deal equipment at Petsmart or something.
Great "concept" but this app needs MORE work! There are no directions or explanation of the different levels of decibels. On low, I barely touched iphone and the app turned from red to blue blinking & was it triggered by simply touching the phone? On LOW? What horrible torture for my poor dog! Where are the directions? Where is the explanation of decibels? Directions and information are SIMPLE customer service protocols! Leave that out that info and you are already starting off on a bad note with your customers! Why does it blink BLUE? Thats silly! The icon should be a calming color and it would make more sense to have it BLINK RED when the dog barks!
Put a little more effort into this app! Do you need speakers to attach to make this work? If so, make that clear. Why couldnt you have a button so you can choose the volume of the high pitched sound and or s button that allows u to broadcast via speaker phone.
For now... Not worth wasting your 99 cents! It does NOT work for my dog.
I bought this app a long time ago and I am very frustrated to see they now have a free version so would have never wasted my money in the first place! This app does nothing to dogs. I have tried it on 5 different dogs and I got NO reaction. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
